  5. Enter your registered phone number.
  6. You'll receive an OTP(one-time-password) on your registered phone number.
  7. Enter the OTP(one-time-password) and tap on "Continue".
  8. Now create the new 4-digit PIN of your choice, Re-enter the PIN and click on "Submit".
  9. In the meantime, you'll receive an SMS that your card has been activated.

  • Visit your nearest ATM.
  • Insert your card into the provided slot.
  • Click on "Change-PIN".
  • Enter your registered phone number and click on Generate PIN.
  • You'll receive an OTP(one-time-password) on your registered phone number.
  • Enter the OTP(one-time-password).
  • Create your new 4-digit PIN, Re-type the PIN and click on "Continue".
  • That's it! you'll receive an SMS that your new PIN has been generated.
